The Supreme Court judgment on appeals filed by James Faleke, Idris Wada, ADC and Labour Party have gone on the favour of Yahaya Bello, thereby reaffirming his election as the 4th executive Governor of Kogi State.
Gov Bello had floored the appellants from tribunal level to the Appeal Court.
While delivering the judgment, James Faleke's case was unanimously struck out by the 7-man panel of judges.
The Supreme Court had posited that reasons for judgment will be given later.
