There are reports that twenty one of out of the over 200 Chibok schoolgirls kidnapped by Islamist Boko Haram insurgents in April 2014 has been released.
A government official said the ‘insurgents group released the 21 Chibok girls to the Nigerian government’
Other sources revealed that the Chibok girls were rescued in Banki area of Borno state where Boko Haram militants had left them Thursday by military helicopter.
